Strange Cargo – Chicago T-Shirts
Unlike a lot of ‘online t-shirt shops’ these days, Strange Cargo was a t-shirt shop first, an online store later. Based in Chicago – Strange Cargo is a Chicago store that makes custom t-shirts and features vintage clothing. They even have a huge selection of Converse Chuck Taylors and Garbage Pail Kids.
On top of all this – Strange Cargo is even holding a St. Patrick’s Day T-Shirt Design Contest – open to anybody who wants to enter, whether they’re a leprechaun or not, and offering a prize of $100 and 12 t-shirts. Not bad.
Looking through Strange Cargo’s selection of t-shirts, you’ll find a pretty eclectic bunch. They have all sorts of stuff – political t-shirts, funny t-shirts, vintage and retro t-shirts. Plenty of St. Patrick’s Day T-Shirts. Here’s a few that I especially liked:

LOL. I’d never thought of a giraffe smoking a bong before. I don’t know why that’s so funny – it just is. To get a sense of just how ’strange’ Strange Cargo’s T-Shirt selection is, you really need to look through their site. These were some of the designs that really caught my eye – but like I said, there are a ton of different designs on Strange Cargo. You know the vintage ‘place’ t-shirts that look like you got it on your family vacation in 1987? They have a pretty good selection of those types of t-shirts as well – like this one:
